All staff members are incredibly welcoming. I would like to say a special thank you to Sue (no idea what your surname is)! She has the most wonderful customer service skills. I regularly shop here and she is one of lifes best. Always friendly, down to earth and caring. Whilst waiting, I have seen her interact with many customers of all ages and she is always so kind with everyone. Many thanks for making my regular shopping trips better than the best!

Went in today and one of my items,chocolate, said one price but was charged at a higher price. Male colleague did offer me a refund but I wanted said item. He just moved the other ones to where they were supposed to be then left. As this was their mistake, I thought I would get it at price it said

Car park not so good at the moment as they're having work done in the car park so parking is not good. They're taking up too much of the bays.

The staff are so polite and helpful the store is always clean and immaculate the shelves are always full. The team go over and beyond to be helpful and easy at the Cannock Road store. Well done for your hard work and here's hoping you get the recognition you all deserve

Large superstore selling a good range of items. A clean and well kept shop. We found some items quite expensive when compared to other retailers. However, keep an eye open for the specials and deals and some real bargains can be had. Lots of free parking and easy access for wheelchairs etc.

One of the best co-ops I've been too. But prices seem high compared to other mainstream supermarkets. Parking out the front can be dodgy as it's right up to the door and entering the premises is like running a gauntlet..
