A very handy card and gift shop in the centre of Bitterne. I was greeted by a very friendly lady who was so helpful and went the extra mile in helping me buy a gift for my daughter and some cards for upcoming birthdays . She provided excellent customer service suggesting different ideas when I asked for help. No need to get the bus into town as they stock so many beautiful gifts for every occasion. They stock high quality cards and are also reasonably priced.
I will definitely return and would strongly recommend popping in.

I really enjoyed shopping here and would highly recommend popping in for a visit. I had been around to all the west quay card shops looking for a very specific card and when I saw this one online I thought I’d give it a try. When I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help and when I asked if they had what I wanted they immediately directed me to them. Not only was I able to find exactly what I need but I was also able to find a few gifts for an upcoming wedding and birthdays. I am throughly pleased with what I was able to get from here and will happily shop here for all my other occasions.

DO POP-IN for a browse & wallow in the variety and splendid array of high quality items at good prices! 🤩
Pretty Kerry is very keen to assist, as is her husband: and daughter “they want to help”?!
It’s rare to be asked to assist these days, as most shop owners ignore you ?
I often go to counter directly and ask for the item I’m looking for: and they trawl through all item's (I’d missed) and leave very happy with my purchase's! This is a Gem Of a Shop 💎

Avoid this shop!! Simply minding my own business browsing the shop. 1st “can I help you” I replied no thank I’m just looking.
Then the man behind the till called the lady over tried to whisper “the lady in black over there” for the woman to ask me if I need any help again. I stated no I’m just browsing and I’m not going to steal anything. Didn’t say anything to any of the other people browsing in the store.
I was in fact going to buy something but decided not to give my money to this business and went to the jewellers next door instead.
I love supporting small businesses but I’ll go to the card factory from now on.

A card shop with friendly staff and a very good range of cards to choose from. Only downfall is the price, cards average out minimum £2.50 - &3.50 a go but I wasn’t aware of this until I reached the till as no cards have prices on.

Found exactly what I wanted from a wide range of cards. The shop wasn't busy and the staff were friendly. Free parking only a short walk away and they sell chocolates too.

Such a useful shop to purchase all types of cards for all occasions.
It’s in Bitterne precinct & there are plenty of parking in the locality.
You can also buy other celebratory goods like balloons, mugs, glasses etc.
All reasonably priced & you can get some good deals if you multi-buy.
Though it is a small shop & can get quite crowded, it doesn’t help where the counter is situated because the queue blocks access & egress.
It would make it easier if it was parallel with the shop window…or a bigger premises.
