Just simple amazing service! Was going order from john lewis or another unheard off internet website then was recommended by my painter to try this LOCAL branch 5 min drive away.. emailed Andy, they had all the paints we needed and gave a huge 20% off! I will be back soon!

My last visit to this store where I hold an account . Today there is one person serving who hasn’t got the brains to tell a colleague that there are 4 people in the shop. I tell to go and call a colleague who doesn’t come because he is grinning and chatting to another colleague in front of me at the office door . He then walks straight past me to serve elsewhere . Complete contempt for customers . Appalling service !!!!! True lack of duty of care

My company use Brewers on a regular basis for supplying materials and we never have any issues with them

Mostly pretty expensive but huge range of standard and specialist paints either in stock or can be ordered in. Large range of wallpaper too. Free delivery if you have a trade credit account, so great for the professional. Open to trade and general public. Usually very helpful if you have questions depending on experience of staff member.

Really disappointed with the point of sale service. I have used Brewers for many years when they were based on the Radley Road and I like to use local businesses. Today, I have just been in to buy some paint and stood at the counter for approximately 5 minutes. Within 10 feet of me were at least 6 members of staff, not one acknowledged me at all, not even to let me know they'd be with me shortly, none were dealing with members of the public, just chatting amongst themselves. Not only that, there were a couple behind me waiting too. I wont be going back to Brewers.
Brewers treat your customers like they exist, their loyalty and money keeps you in business. On the plus side, the stock looked great, just a shame I couldn't buy any!
