I love the breakfast tea and have a subscription to make sure I never run out. Their herb teas are also delicious. In the summer I particularly recommend apple and blackberry, strongly brewed and left for a while then served over ice.
But the main reason for this review is to actually comment on their customer service which is excellent. I had a query today which was sorted so quickly by a very friendly and helpful person. This has been my experience with any contact with Brew Tea. I hope this company continues to flourish yet never loses the lovely personal touch.

This is such a well run business! I have been ordering tea from them for over a year (their earl grey tea is so much better than similar suppliers) on subscription as well as various gifts. Orders are always delivered so quickly and sent with care - always in lovely packaging. Queries are answered quickly and their loyalty program is excellent. A great company to support and recommend.

I placed an order as a Christmas gift for my mum as she loves the Moroccan Mint tea that is served in our local cafe. The order came within 2 days in lovely packaging. There was a handwritten card and a gift that came along with this to thank us for our first order and first subscription. Lovely to see such personal touches and great customer services! I am sure my mum will love it🤩

First sampled at a local coffee shop, i fell in love with the Brew Tea Company at first sight. There pots are beautiful and brilliant and the tea is heavenly. I always have English Breakfast, Chai and Green in the cupboard and have to wrestle my beloved pot out the hands of visitors.

I've had a subscription to their breakfast tea for a while, it's the only tea I drink and I reccomend BrewTea to everyone.

Their tea wear is lovely and their customer service is top notch, nothing is too much trouble.

You need to do tea tours or afternoon teas I would buy a ticket

I recently discovered BT’s apple and blackberry tea - it’s gorgeous - fruity with a deep flavour. Highly recommended. I received my tea within a couple of days of placing my order - great! I was so impressed I decided to treat my daughter-in-law-to-be to a pack to try, along with a teapot. Again, excellent service. The goods were dispatched shortly after I placed my order. However, I received updates from Evri that they’d been unable to deliver the parcel. I realised I’d rather stupidly made an error with the post code. I contacted Brew Tea and spoke to one of the team who was so nice and helpful. She contacted Evri who were able to deliver the parcel on the same day and she called me back to update me on what was happening. I have been very impressed with this company and hope you will try their apple & blackberry tea (and/or another tea in their range of teas and tea making equipment) and will be as impressed as I am. Thank you Brew Tea!

I was out working last week and was gifted a box of the tea bags. I was intrigued as the presentation is lovely. I’ve always been a drinker of the big brands but thought “why not” I’m giving this a go. The tea tastes absolutely amazing and I really do look forward to that first cup in the morning, which such a fresh smooth taste and delicious smell I really think I am a convert and will definitely be purchasing this from now on. Staff at HQ in Manchester are fabulous and so happy and friendly. Always good to see such a great team.
I travel around selling doughnuts daily and this really is the perfect drink to accompany them.
