Located on the retail park with other stores. There is plenty of parking for all the stores. Store has easy access to it with drop curbs. There is a trolley parking outside. The entry is also the exit which is a bit of a squeeze, but people give way. Store has good stock levels and good ranges. The team are helpful and friendly when approached and on the tills.

Beautiful brand new store. Two story's, the upper level is a very good size too plus there's a garden centre.

It's one of the biggest I've been to. Think it will be the one I go to (out of town that is), from now on.

Nice to see clean fully stocked shelves; as you'd obviously expect given its only been open a few hours lol.

Bought a Xmas hamper and it was full of basic items instead of the ‘luxury’ items it was supposed to have. Also the handle fell of the hamper. Tried to return it and they refused to take it. The manager wouldn’t even come out of his cosy office to speak to me. Absolutely appalling behaviour from the store manager and bad customer service. I will never return to this store!

This is the 2nd time I have been overcharged, today by £4 + and did not realise until I got home and checked my receipt. Sadly as its now the only large shop in Andover we are restricted to where we can shop so therefore best to check your receipt before leaving the shop, I certainly will!

Help me bargin cats foods at B&M goods but other any shop cats food so expensive up to 5 pound and cat biscuits expensive in waitrose I was shock .. . Thk u to B&M and 3 pound for cat biscuits .
