The worst experience that we have come across.

1. Wrong size of our label, we approved the artwork and size 2.5 x 2.5 cm, turned our all labels are rectangle

2. Poorly sew of our label

3. Colour of the printing are bad quality and super off

4. Poor customer service

5. We ordered this lot of bags for our event and we did emphasis on the quality. Now, they ruined our event as we don’t have any souvenir to our guests who come to our event

Highly recommend, I use BIDBI for my tea towels and tote bags the fabric and printing is really high quality and the turn around is fast. Customer service is excellent, I had a few minor issues with one of my orders and they went above and beyond to resolve it. I will be continuing to use their services!
