Poor quality mugs, came dirty, stained with paint or something else, and the icing on the cake was paint that was like a pot of sudocream - I think it would of been easier to paint with a pot. Completely ruined my Christmas presents and I’m now £40 out of pocket and short of Christmas presents… no contact number, only email or social media and no responses over weekend and I assume nothing will happen now until after Christmas. Extremely disappointed and certainly wouldn’t use again. After coming highly recommended by my sons childminder.
To add to this the delivery wasn’t even protected inside with bubble wrap and the parcel didn’t even have fragile written on it.

Impossible to ring these people. they still have a covid message saying call centre closed. Benn trying to speak to a human to place an order but its not possible. I wonder what sort of outfit this is....

I am very happy & impressed with Baker Ross. I placed my first ever order which was delivered exactly as & when expected. Very satisfied with both the quality & price of the items I had ordered. Sadly, one item was not quite as expected. A four part paint pad which was described as washable. When I read the information on the back it actually said that it stained but MAY wash out if soaked overnight. As I had purchased it for my 3yr old Grandson who likes to use things like small cars etc to create his pictures, for which this pad should actually have been perfect, I had visions of it on furnishings etc. Supervised obviously but kids are kids. No problem whatsoever though. I e-mailed Baker Ross to advise them (their supplier may have unknowingly changed spec). Within 48hrs I had full refund of its cost, no request even to return the item plus the promise of them looking into the matter.
That's what I call excellent customer service. I totally recommend this company & will, without doubt, purchase again from them.

We had our first order delivered tonight but sadly one of the ceramic lanterns was smashed on arrival. I emailed them after 6pm and still got a reply within 5 minutes saying a replacement was being immediately processed. Very very happy customer. The rest of the order was perfect 🙂

Have previously been happy with Baker Ross after their website had a glitch and messed up an order I’m not. I was informed that I couldn’t cancel an order minutes after making it and they didn’t supply returns labels and I could refuse it with the courier. Not very helpful at all quick to take the money but not to help when a mistake has happened. Will not use them again.

I've bought lots of party bag fillers for both my boys parties in September and the items are of good quality and delivery was exceptionally quickly. One of the drinking cups from one pack was broken so I rang to tell them, not expecting anything, but the very next day I was delivered a new pack at no extra cost. The customer service was excellent. I now can't wait for the parties!!!
