I was looking for a cover to protect my welder when not in use but couldn't find anything suitable. I then came across bagsandcoversdirect and saw they made bespoke covers. Excellent service. Karen was super helpful when we had a small issue and sorted it straight away. The custom cover fits perfectly, looks great, and is now a year old and has withstood winter frost, snow, gales and torrential rains. Still looks brand new. Washed it down after the winter and looked brilliant. Really pleased with it.

Fantastic company to deal with. I wanted a cover for tv that is in our summerhouse that would protect it from cold and prevent any moisture getting into it. Excellent quality custom made covers.

I ordered several for my garden furniture after providing the measurements by taking pictures of the furniture and marking the length, width, depth and height where applicable. I sent that off to them in a word document and received a quote the next working day.

The final fit is great and the chords to tighten the covers where needed ensure a very snug fit.

The ordering process was quick and easy, and communication throughout the ordering process was also very good.

Just received our new covers and couldn't be happier. Look great, and seem really good quality. Karen and the team couldn't have been nicer or easier to deal with. I provided the measurements for the custom fit covers (measure five times, check again, cut once 😉 and Karen was able to quote from there. Having covers that actually fit our furniture is brilliant - wish I'd done it last year! And, as another reviewer has commented, excellent communications and service during these difficult times.
