Recently purchased some Kraft brown paper bags, however the wrong bags arrived. I contacted them via the website and had a very speedy reply and apology.

I sent a photo of the incorrect bags i'd received, and by the time they replied to me with a resolution, i'd received another e-mail to say the correct bags had been despatched. They also said to keep the bags i was originally sent in error, which was a nice gesture.

I used to order food bags from this company via eBay previously and never had any issues. The last purchase I made i ordered directly from the website and found that half of the bags were not very good standard. I didn’t reach out to the company as I had ordered a larger amount that I usually do so obviously didn’t quality check all of them. As I started going through them as and when I needed I found nearly half were glued wonky etc which really bothered me as I use their food bags to pack jewellery which I understand is not the purpose of these bags but I like the fact that my business card can be seen through the film. I’m sure if I had reached out to them they would have been of assistance but it would have been too late by then. I do feel as if that due to being purchased on their website where I can’t leave a review like on eBay I was given less than great quality bags. I would purchase again but most likely from their eBay.
