Lovely lady that served us way back in February (due to hubby being navy and sailing until the summer months), was amazing and understanding with our situation of planning everything early but not being able to take delivery until August. Received our Silver Cross pram, furniture set and Snuz crib on 3rd August and built it today.
All amazing quality 🙂
And amazing service as well the whole way through, we don’t live locally to BabyTots so had to managed a lot via Facebook messenger or phone but was kept well in the loop with when our pram arrived and furniture was ready to go.
I can’t recommend BabyTots more, they truly have taken care of us as first time parents that honestly thought it was just going to be expense after expense, but honestly they do amazing bundle deals and a big variety of different brands so your price range and budget can be easily kept.
I will be returning to BabyTots when the time comes for baby to go up a stage in his car seat, just because of the expert advise and help we received this time round.
Thank you so much BabyTots! I’m so excited now everything’s built, just need to wait for baby to arrive 🥰🥰 ready to become first time parents with all the help and support you gave!

An awful experience…bought a Babystyle Prestige pram in Ivory…paid full price for it…had to wait for the rain covers…wrong 1s was given….changing mat was black…didn’t match…when we put the pram part up ready to put the baby in it…it was full of rust…I have enclosed photos…I phoned Babystyle direct to be told we had been sold a shop model….I took the pram package back for a full refund…was told by Sharon…Babystyle had given us a good will box of goodies…but we never received anything from them….we was very disappointed in the way we was treated and lied too..not very professional….PLEASE BEWARE …WHEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY…PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS…NEVER I HAVE SEEN A RUSTY PRAM….

Can’t fault Babytots, had the item in stock before anyone else and informed me every step through purchasing, items were sent out for next day delivery and ordered on the Friday night, item shipped Saturday and I actually received them on the Sunday! Had a fab experience with Sharon today at baby tots, couldn’t decide between two colours in egg z and she showed them both to us and all there features, how to fold down and put up definitely going there for prams in future!!! Baby tots is brilliant! We Bought our egg pram and car seat from here along with other essentials. From start to finish Lauren and Sharron were so helpful and friendly with everything.
