I want to make a complaint about the click and collect online as a corrier in the name of the customer and as a customer cause I’m
A customer. The Asda click collect are very rude and racist with mostly of my college drive. They don’t pack the orders . Us a driver our corrier company pay as to collect orders sealed and very well packaged. Mostly of us drive motorcycles or scooters. The custumer shop need be very well packaged. But they don’t care for the driver for the customer who buy it online . So we see what the custumer buy no privacy for the customers. And again the item can be damaged cause they don’t packet it. I will never buy from
Asda more. Tesco , Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Co-po are must better and we don’t have any problems with that company. Asda don’t have respect for the customers . No quality

It's a big super market most of the things are available inside like fresh vegetables and milk and kitchen appliances. Most of the Indian groceries and vegetables are available like flour, rice and spices as well. There are other Businesses inside like McDonald's, Subways and Hair Saloons etc. Lots of parking space available outside, but check the parking during as it's different for different operating hours, so be careful.

I have visited ASDA supercenter recently. This is very big shopping center. Item price was reasonable. You can get almost all Indian item here. You cal also purchase the fresh vegetables and milk as well. There are lots of space for parking. If you are new, you can face some difficulty to find the item. Apart this evening is good. Staff is limited here.

Had a really bad experience with the call centre, they have a very bad filtering mechanism. Don’t allow checks of stock. Also don’t allow to check whether the Amazon Returns Centre have return labels because the last three times I have wasted going to other areas. Communicate humanity. Why you so tick?

When there are sale prices, then it is very profitable to shop at the Asda supermarket. This time I was looking for cosmetics for myself, and toys for my grandchildren. I was a little disappointed that there was no selection of summer clothes left at sail. The parking lot is spacious and large, there are many self-service cash registers.

The people are nice and friendly. However, I see less and less products from Indian companies of late. Rice, lentils, spices, oils etc. - hardly any Indian supplies. Therefore, have moved to other retailers where this problem is not there.

If you can't fulfill an order within two days, why is Asda has online services?

I ordered groceries to save money by cooking at home, but now I have to spend extra on Uber Eats.

I had a really disappointing experience with the night shift manager, Mr. Tae, at Asda on Saturday. I was shocked by his behavior and rude attitude. This was the first time I've seen a manager behave like this. His lack of customer service was unacceptable. I believe he was discriminatory, judging people based on their dress and skin color. As a frequent shopper at Asda, I was simply looking for a battery. When I asked him politely, he rudely refused to serve me and told me to go to the counter. It seemed like he was angry because I interrupted him while he was texting. I understand they were closing at 10 pm, but as a manager, he should have responded to me politely and professionally. His behavior towards customers is completely unacceptable. I am concerned about Asda's training program if they are hiring people like him. I feel like he only got this position due to nepotism, not because of his qualifications.
