I went here on a Thursday night at around 6 pm and it was a okay experience there was dwarf signs around and they looked scary the hot food Bakery part was empty and there was only 4 foods in there and it was very busy and there was a flower spill in aisle 18 and aisle 3 was very busy but I was able to find alot of food and there was a good amount of food

Good experience when I go in time to time. It has all the products I need. Some staff can make or break the experience in my opinion. I have to give a massive shoutout to sayeed. There were so many customers waiting for the checkout but all the tills were not opened! Poor managing and poor check out process! Very disappointed and wasted a lot of time!

Products often not where you would expect them. The choice of products has gone down recently but good offers at right time. Staff usually friendly and parking is reasonably good but I have no use for an in store halal butcher and I miss the freshly cooked chicken counter

This store is atrocious. Forget shopping on a Friday evening. it's so busy and the queues to pay go on forever.

This store has changed the entrance and exit, meaning if you want to go to the cigarette or cake counter, you have to walk through half the store then through the tills to get there. The security staff won't allow you through the other way, and people queuing get abusive when you walk through. The staff say and do nothing to protect those trying to leave.

The toilets are a health risk. Absolutely disgusting branch of Asda, the management should be very ashamed.

Called the store to get information, after a lot of blather about going online, they hung up!
Bet you, when I go into the store, they'll be stood there, staring at their own phones, instead of answering a customers' call!
Thank you for NOT answering my call, it was VERY important to me.

Asda are truly embarrassing. I'm a severely disabled man and I ordered a cooked chicken for Christmas day and they sent me a replacement frozen chicken thighs 😐 and it's only because their lazy staff can't be assed actually looking for the item that you ordered, so they replace something ready cooked with something frozen I don't even have a oven! I'm a disabled man and asda know this ♿️ and again I've got some shopping online today and it's just all replacements and asda haven't even refunded me for anything I sent back at christmas Asda are truly embarrassing!

The self-service experience at Asda is disappointing. You always needs help on their self service tills and staff are often preoccupied chatting among themselves and can come across as rude when approached for assistance. There seems to be a lack of effective management, as even their performance leaves much to be desired. Overall, the service is far below expectations.
