At first I didn't have a good experience, "because I came from another store and they told me that this place I could buy and pick up my purchase" when I arrived at the site when they were serving me it seemed like it was a different store because they didn't know anything about what other stores offered, anyway the guy Thomas did his best to help us and provide us with good service, he was attentive to everything because he noticed that we weren't very happy and there was poor communication between stores (which is not his fault either) thanks to this guy I decided to buy my sofas, he made sure that I wasn't upset and he looked for the possibility of remedying things!! the 5 stars are for him👍

No one around and no one seems to care. They close up early. Placed a pick-up order for an ottoman for one of their sofas that someone else had already bought. Not a huge fan of the sofa and not a fan of their customer service.

If you have a sign that says you’re open every day from 10-9:45p, then either follow through on that or change the bloody sign.

Will not buy from here again.

A year ago, I purchased a TV stand from your store. The first one arrived damaged, and I had to go through the hassle of requesting a replacement. Now, less than a year later, I am experiencing discoloration issues. Upon contacting your team, I was informed that AFW is aware of this flaw and attempts to minimize it but cannot prevent it. Apparently, this issue is common across the entire line of TV stands.

This response is unacceptable. It seems clear that your company is aware of this problem due to numerous customer complaints, yet you continue selling the product without warning buyers of these manufacturing defects. If you are aware of this manufacturing defect, why are you not informing customers before they make the purchase? Your solution of advising me to donate or sell the item to a third party is not only insulting but irresponsible.

Why should I be expected to pay $700 for a defective piece of furniture that you knowingly sell with manufacturing issues? This is a serious quality control failure on your part, and I have attached photos

Roger Conan is the best. I drove almost extra 30 minutes just for him to help us out. He was polite , very nice salesman. I’d recommended this location and please ask for Roger. He explained us everything with details and did not leve any information hidden. Very satisfied. Thank you Roger!

Worst experience ever!!! Unprofessional delivery.
FAKE SIGNATURE on invoice.
Couple moths ago I bought a bedroom set.
Unfortunately dresser was delivered damaged.
After several months of waiting, I received a call that my new dresser will be delivered in the next 2 days,liars. After weeks of waiting they came to my house with only a few drawers that didn't work properly either and they told me that the dresser arrived damaged at the store. Poor customer service. BUYER BEWARE. On 01/03/2025 | called customer service again asking how long do I need to wait for my exchange item, it's been almost a year....
Customer service told me they tried to contact me within 3 months and because they couldn't reach me they considered me an inactive customer and because of this they can no longer replace my item (I never got a phone call from them or email). Liers. Byers Beware. Poor customer service

Update: 3.5.25. today they sent someone else out to fix the issue the other guys left. I appreciate AFW making it right and helping me out. They gave me my delivery fee back due to none of this was my fault and I had to wait another day to get this done. Even though I was upset they made it right and sent happy employees today and they had good attitude compared to who was here yesterday. So thanks for making it right and understanding my position appreciate it

I'm def not happy. They came at 8:15am today 3/4/25 put everything on my floor and said they didn't have the screws. Like how do you not have screws which means they didn't check to see if they had everything. They already had a attitude coming not friendly at all. Then they leave only said someone should call you. At 11:30am I finally called Customer service they didn't even know what happened they had to do some research calling the drivers ect. Not only did I take the day off and missed money for this not to be complete and not due to any fault of my own, they offer $40 of my delivery fee I should get it all back because if it was the other way around y'all would of took 15% of my money which would of been $124.00 and you wouldn't have cared because of your restocking fee you want customer to understand but when it's the other way around you guys don't understand definitely not satisfied and I definitely deserve my full delivery fee back due to your driver's neglect and poor management and poor customer service. Do better.

This is an awesome place to shop for furniture. There’s a ton of selection and the store is clean and beautifully arranged. I highly recommend working with John, he was so friendly and patient with my indecisiveness. He was also very knowledgeable about the build and quality of the pieces I was looking at, which helped me make a great decision. Can’t thank him and his manager enough for accommodating me and helping get my new chair home the same day. I love it!!

We recently moved from Colorado to New Mexico before we left Colorado. I went into my local AFW and walked around scouting out furniture for our new house. When I came upon this couch, I knew that it would be perfect for our space so you can imagine when I saw it was out of stock, my Immediate sadness. I called to the store when we had moved and the customer service representative was so helpful allowing me to order them in addition to an area rug that ended up going out of stock, but I was able to get one of the last because of her excellent assistance . They delivered 1/4 of the couch And the tv stand and carpet we live like that for a couple of months until the back order came in and we finally have a complete couch. We are so in love with. We can’t say enough nice things about the pieces we selected and received. We get so many compliments.
