Amazing how they manage to transmit the "in-store" experience to an online order. 10/10 on all aspects from online purchase to email follow up (mine was a pre-order and they kept me updated every step of the way) to then end it with a magnificent bespoke unboxing experience. Had the best experience with Nicki from All Things Analogue.

I had been looking into upgrading my journaling processes and was taken by the Traveler's Company notebook systems. As a newbie to the products, I got a bit lost in what I should be purchasing to suit my needs and emailed the store to ask for some advice... a lot of advice. After a few emails back and forth, with me trying to describe how I might use my new journal, I realised I just needed expert insight over the phone. At my request, Nicki found the time to call me the same morning and spent a great deal of time taking me through the options, and responding to what I wanted out of a 'journal for life'. She actually ended up reducing my overall package so that I had a good personalised starting point to build on in the future, and didn't overspend on additions I might not need yet.

I was so happy with the suggestions and the service I had received, especially being a customer unable to make it to the Eastbourne store, which compelled me to write a review to anyone else considering making an online purchase.

* Fantastic service overall from some of the most knowledgeable, passionate and friendliest store owners I have spoken to in a long time. I cannot recommend All Things Analogue enough.

I love this shop - it's one of my happy places.

It's beautifully laid out and everything is in it's right place.

As others have said, the owners obviously have great taste and an eye for design.

The owners are also super kind and knowledgable.

I will be back for the Japanese graph paper.
