Acomb travel was amazing when we booked our holiday to switzerland. A huge shout out to Avril whose knowledge of the area and things to do is excellent. From booking the holiday to arranging the hotel at manchester the night before and parking. The whole experience was excellent. A truly personal service by wonderful staff

We have used Acomb Travel for many holidays and flights/ accommodation over the past 9 years. They are extremely professional, listen to your requirements and are patient in finding the best holiday for you. Avril has always helped us in the earlier years and has a vast knowledge of travel destinations. More latterly we have had the help of Mel who is equally attentive and responsive. We would always use them when we can.

I recently booked with Acomb travel on a months long cruise, accommodation and travel around Australia, which they organised everything perfectly and picked out the hotels that suited our needs of position and standard, so we did not have to do a thing except pack and go. It is the little things that go wrong that makes me think that I will always use Acomb Travel, because on one of the transfers from the airport, the taxi did not turn up on time, so I have to take my own taxi and pay. When I got back home, I mentioned this to the Acomb Travel team, who then investigated and managed to get me a refund of £40. Obviously £40 is not a lot of money in the over all holiday package, but it is the independent professionalism of the Acomb Travel team that goes the last mile to care for the customer.

We called in over a week ago to look for our winter holiday. The lady we spoke to was so friendly & patient with us. At this time we didn’t book the holiday due to work/holidays etc. We called back in today & suzi greeted us as we walked in. The other lady was busy. However she remembered us our holiday even the dates. Suzi searched for our holiday. She made us feel so welcome. Explained everything to us even booked our taxi transfers in the price given. Our experience with the lady’s at Acomb Travel was perfect. We would no hesitate to you them again. Thank you.

I have used Acomb Travel for the last few years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The staff are such lovely and helpful people and nothing is too much trouble. The experience and knowledge of all of them is second to none. I am 100% happy to go in to the branch with an idea of budget, what we like to do, what we don’t want, and completely leave it to them. The options they come back with are always on brief and I know whichever holiday we choose will be absolutely perfect for my daughter and myself.
