Made an order over 2 months ago, they took payment but Ive still not received the product. They do not answer phone calls or respond to Emails. POOR

For anybody else in the same position as me, I have gone through paypal to request a refund and it was fairly straightforward. Do no let this company get away with it!

We purchased a hedge cutter early December 24 from this company as a Christmas gift. To date 18/02/25 we have still not received the product. We have tried to contact via email and phone numerous times but have not received a response just an automated email about issues with their communication systems. Does this company actually exist? We just want our money back now.
Very disappointing.

Absolutely awful, prices seem too good to be true. Ordered a gutter attachment for my leaf blower and some stihl gloves. A month and a bit later still nothing arrived. Terrible communication, had 1 email backsaying items should be here within the early new year. Been given no information since, stopped answering emails and the phone number just keeps phoning through with no answer!

Hi, I have sent multiple emails, no reply, tried to call, no answer.
I still have not received the refund for the two orders that I cancelled, and you said the refund would be in my bank within 5 days, that was 2 weeks ago.

I will keep emailing and pestering you for another week, after that I will have no choice but to contact Trading Standards!

I wish I had looked up reviews for this company prior to purchasing an item that was displayed as in stock and then being given a vague delivery date 3/4 weeks later. I have phoned numerous times on their land line which just rings off and a mobile number which was provided is turned off. I have emailed numerous times as I want to cancel my order as couldn’t wait for the item so bought it from a much more highly rated company with excellent service. I paid slightly more and in hindsight I wish I had paid more attention to their reviews particularly on Trustpilot. I would strongly advise against using this company.

Only giving 1 start as it does not allow zero. Order was placed last month and despite me sending 3 emails and calling 4 times, I’m still yet to receive any update. I still have not received my item DESPITE MONEY BEING TAKEN FROM MY BANK. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing as I now feel like this is a scam. Still awaiting to receive any update.
