The manager of the store - one with the blue hair had the worst attitude. So unhelpful and was replying to me in an aggressive tone. So so so arrogant never had a worse customer service experience ever.

No customer should be treated this way and by the reviews of other people, he seems to treat everyone the same way.

He needs to be sacked, I had to travel to the Blackburn Argos to buy the items I needed because he refused to check if an item was in stock even though I explained to him that online prior to me making the trip down, it was showing in stock.

Zero stars.

Worse customer service by manager !!!
Never had issues with argos until i visited this branch
Manager Adrian got some attitude issue his tone is like he is humiliating you ,
Wanted a help with an order but instead of that he choice to show attitude !
He makes his own assumptions
And make sure that you feel beneath him as he makes the rule !

He makes his own decision doesn’t matter the policy or customer rights
He dont like to listen!!
do not bother to reply back if you ask him anything.

I have never found anyone so rude and not helpful
Felt disrespectful throughout the process .NO ONE DESERVES TO FEEL THIS WAY
Please do not shop at the store
Godforbid if you ever had any issue with the order this guy will make sure you are beneath him .
Wish could give 0 star

Came to return a faulty product.

Was met with a snotty customer assistant who said she finishes her shift at 14:00 and wasn't coming back.

She then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't return my product as it had been opened, which anyone who knows anything about consumer rights, isn't correct.

Snotty lady then proceeded to get her manager, who confirmed I was correct and could indeed return the product. After about 10 minutes of arguing I got a refund.

Very , very upsetting experience at the Accrington branch , ordered online to pick up . Arrived to a very hostile manager ( Adrian) who would not let me refund the items and deleted my email of my phone . When I said I was going
to make a complaint he said I will have to go to another store (have contacted Argos so hopefully will be able to view video footage) . I all my experience within customer service/support this is one of the worst, please avoid the manager ( Adrian) as he is rude , unkind , arrogant and really looks like he doesn’t want to work there or help anyone . AVOID !!!!!

I agree with the terrible reviews below regarding the manager of this store. His customer service and attitude are appalling. I visited today to return an online order. All perfectly within my rights. This man is ignorance personified. When he eventually sorted this out, I politely thanked him and was stared at like I was pond life with no response whatsoever. This man will be the ruin of the store as people will stop placing orders here.

Convenient for anything you need from their catalogue. Service is pretty quick in the centre of Accrington. The only downside is parking availability.

The guy with the dyed RED hair was so arrogant! All because he had to key in my FT and code as I hadn't got my email with the barcode.
It seems many of the reviews are about him,Argos you need to look into this!!
