Highly recommend Abingdon Picture Framing.

We had a few paintings & prints sitting in the loft in frames that we didn’t like for years, so recently decided to take them in to get advice on what could be done to improve them. Lee was brilliant, and talked us through all the options. He even discovered another print hidden within the frame of one of the pictures that we didn’t know we had, which turned out to be a signed Alfred Heaton Cooper print!

Definitely 5 out of 5 when it comes to customer service and quality of work done. A very honest and friendly guy. I am very pleased with the picture framed he had done on my very precious hand stuck beaded artwork on my deity, Goddess of Mercy ( Kuan Yin ) done on canvas backing. They were specially done by some Buddhist temple members and was presented to me by an uncle from a temple. The picture framer chose a beautiful frame that goes brilliantly with my very special artwork which I will treasure for the rest of my lifetime. It turns out better than I expected. I was so thrilled when he unwrapped the wrapping to show me the finished work. It was a big roughly 30 by 37 inch frame. Will definitely use him again and I will recommend to anyone who required a good picture framing work or any valuable art or photo. This shop is fantastic and he do take very good care of your artwork or photos whilst in their care and he also make sure that he handed your precious painting/photo back to you well wrapped and protected. He took a lot of trouble to make sure that everything is exactly as I wanted. Absolutely brilliant. I can't stop looking at my precious picture hanging on the wall facing me in my sitting room. Awesome!!!

After waiting a few years to frame this piece (we wanted to wait until we had bought our first home!), John was fantastic from start to finish!
His friendly manner balanced with his clear expertise made us feel very comfortable, and the final result was better than we could have ever hoped. We were so impressed with how quick the turnover was despite the large/non-standard size, and instructions/materials for secure(!) hanging were explained clearly. We have already brought two more pieces to be framed and will certainly recommend this service to anyone who asks.

My daughter Amy had several pictures she needed framing. From the minute we walked through door until we left with framed pictures we could not have asked for a better friendlier service. Really friendly and great service for us as we hadn't gpt anytuing framed before. Had a painting done by a relative framed here. They took the time to go through options and felt really confident with choice when we left. The frame looked great, and communication was really good as well.

Really friendly staff who provide a wonderful service! I took a very old framed embroidery picture in to have the glass replaced because it was broken. I explained that it was very old and held great sentimental value to me. They replaced the glass with a high quality non reflective glass and also cleaned the dust out and even replaced the fixings at the back to hang it up because they were a bit shabby! Really pleased with the service and all they care they took in doing a good job. The picture now looks brand new! Would most definitely recommend! Good value for money too 🙂

Wonderful. Very friendly, helpful service. Beautiful job on my large picture. I took in my own frame, mount and poster... Very accommodating and they have done a stunning job (Especially having had to make aesthetic judgements on how to reduce the size of the picture to fit the frame.). New hangings on the back. Helped to carry out to car. Highly recommend. I will be returning
