Warnings do not under any circumstance…
Warnings do not under any circumstance buy a Motorola phone from Argos. Argos sell third party goods for home delivery, this includes Motorola who phones, especially Edge 50 pro are broken, broken camera software and or hardware. Argos will force you to send phone back to Motorola who will then tell fibs and say nothing wrong with phone, phone is 1 week and does not work as supposed to. Argos won't honour their 30 day refund faulty return policy, although store manager explained to there home deliveries team that he has verified camere issues, fault. When purchaseing phone from the website it doesn't mention third part sales, so your not actually dealing with Argos but Motorola. I believe this is deliberate attempt to stop customer returning products too Motorola, because they know how bad their products are. Anyway have gone to odbunsman with this & stay clear of Argos, also Sainsbury who shops are dying.

After care in argos is atrocious, happy to take your money but couldn't care less about any issues that you have after 30 days. Rather go elsewhere now...#currys at least they care

I went to the Abingdon store to buy the 2 microwaveable heat bean bags. The computer system in your store are useless. When we typed in what we want as above, it doesn’t understand. The male staff tried to help and the same thing happen. Perhaps you need to add extra categories under miscellaneous. I wasted my time driving all the way through traffic jam and went back home just to look for the item number which is 555 5158 and phone up the Abingdon store again and they have 3 in stock. We have to rush all the way back to the store t to buy them before the shop shut at 8 pm. It is quite frustrating. You need to look at your system otherwise you are losing customers if they all experienced the same problem as I have. I am trying to help because I do like the Abingdon store and the staff are always very helpful. Glad you kept this store open.

Awful customer service, in particular from the duty manager Beth. Buy online and you’ll have a better luck she said…. No wonder shops are closing with this kind of service. Won’t be coming back.

I had a faulty product unfortunately because of being away over the Easter period I was unable to return within the 30 day period by a few days. I returned requested a refund as I thought it wasn't unreasonable and was rejected. The manager didn't come out and hid behind junior staff

Poor service with staff all just stood around chatting. Way too many staff on the floor making it intimidating. Staff members also on phones texting whilst behind desks - no professionalism sadly - could be so much better

I was refused return of a faulty kitchen mixer (pricey one) due to the fact I have plugged it into the socket! How else can I find out if the item is working properly? Matt the manager was rude and unhelpful. I always tried to support local branches of shops instead going online, not anymore I'll never waste my fuel to visit Abingdon branch ever again. Avoid!
