Great store with lots of well.priced variety. Only downside is the manager was not speaking very well to his staff. Too busy demanding they were more efficient with long queues rather than rolling his sleeves up. His staff all seemed tired and sad despite being helpful to customers. Very difficult to witness such a difficult working environment.

Awful, the woman on the customer service desk was rude and unhelpful. She kept asking me what I was there to collect, when it was right under her nose on my phone. The "couldn't be bothered" attitude was very apparent! I will not be going back if I can help it!

Looking for help from staff? You’ll be lucky.

Check out staff? I don’t know what I did to offer him but he wasn’t exchanging pleasantries with me.

The staff walk off as soon as you look at them.

The quality of the goods is shockingly bad; so it’s probably a good than no one helped me as i would have ended buying something.

Thinking of shoplifting? Then I would imagine this shop is ideal because no one is going to speak to you to stop you.

I’ve generally been happy with my purchases from The Range in Watford, and most of the staff are lovely and helpful. However, I recently had two very different experiences when returning items. The first time, in the morning, the staff were kind and efficient, and the process was smooth.

The second time, in the evening, was a completely different story. The staff member I dealt with was unprofessional, openly complaining to a colleague about personal frustrations. She was dismissive of my concerns about the faulty product and even tried to argue it wasn’t broken when it clearly was. When I asked if a replacement could be checked in the stockroom, I was rudely told there were “over 100 pallets out back” and that she “couldn’t be bothered.” I ended up taking a refund and leaving feeling frustrated.

While this experience hasn’t put me off shopping here, I’ll definitely aim to do any returns in the morning, as the service seems much better earlier in the day.

All in all it's worth shopping there as there is a great variety of items for sale, but be aware of a few letdowns or disappointments. We found that quite a few items were not priced, so they obviously don't work to a logical system. Also, the checkout queues can be quite long.
It has gone somewhat downmarket but it's still worth a visit.

DO NOT COME HERE !

I bought a mirror today in which I purchased with click and collect and it was broken , they clearly do not check their stock before putting it out. Also their padding for a literal glass mirror is so low quality , no wonder their items are damaged.
