If you are looking for a quality door never choose Custom Door by Borano inc. We bought a exterior door and after 2 months installed the door is warped. They said that they will send a technician to evaluate and if is really warped they will send a new door. Conclusion, they never did! I paid more than 12K for "Deluxe door, engenireed for extreme conditions" (this is what they say in their website) that was warped in couple months. If you don't want a headache, choose another company, because all they say is lying.

Our first experience with Custom Doors/Borano was in our Connecticut home. We worked closely with their design staff to create an exceptional front door. Now that we've moved to Cape Cod and completely rebuilt and expanded our new home, we again contacted Custom Doors for another centerpiece entrance.
The door arrived in 4 sections that quickly fit into the rough opening dimension given. Installation was under 2 hours. The door arrived with ample trim pieces to insure a complete installation. The hinges are extremely substantial, thereby guaranteeing smooth operation.
If creating an impressive entrance into your home, Custom Doors/Borano is your choice!

20 months ago we had Custom Doors installed a beautiful 20K USD exterior pivot door. From the start we had some minor issues with the lock and after a few mails that was fixed. Now we have the lower panel that starts to peel off. after almost 15 mails chasing Custom Doors we received the answer that warranty is over (warranty is one year). Bottom line; 1. Very nice and expensive doors that clearly are not resistant for Miami climate.
2. In addition very poor after sales service.
Not a supplier I will recommend.

Custom Doors did a fantastic job with our new front door. Yes, it does take time and patience, but so does great wine! The workmanship is pristine, and the installers were magical. Our mahogany double door and hardware will withstand any hurricane. I 100% support Custom Doors.

I ordered a very large 42" front door with a side light. As you might imagine this was an investment and it took time to build and ship. Now that it is installed it is a center piece for my house and brings amazing curb appeal. I am absolutely satisfied working with Custom Doors and will use them for my next project!

This company had nice pics on their website but their ability to be a responsible business is severely lacking. I ordered a door 10 mos ago and still do not have it. I was quoted an 8-10 week timeline and they have been unresponsive through issues. I was not told their doors come from Honduras but rather was told they were made by craftsman in FL. This company recently changed their name to Custom Doors from Born (or Morani) doors. Check out those reviews. They are terrible. I do not reconnect taking a risk with this company.
