Very professional shop. I can not stress enough how Awesome All State Custom Paint & Body Shop is. I had a car accident on my brand new 2024 Mazda CX-5 a few weeks ago which I was so sad about. Went to this Body shop with highly great recommendations. And it was the best decision I made to repair there! Accident, what accident Great job repairing my vehicle, hands down the best service I have seen in Body shops across Miami. Excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable and HONEST people. Irtza is the "go to" person and very helpful. They try to help you out instead of trying to overcharge and take advantage. They were assertive, did the job efficiently in a timely manner. Very straight up, no non-sense approach with what you need done. Out of all the estimates, they were the cheapest price. I'm so grateful I found a body shop I feel welcomed, heard, and treated like a valued customer. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to others. Thank you! Thank you so much for taking great care of my Cadillac. I used them 22 years ago when I was referred to them by State Farm for my then 98 Suzuki Sidekick and now again for my 2019 Cady. Incredible service 10/10 recommend!!! My Audi mirrors were damaged by valet company in Brickell. It was an extremely stressful process going back to my valet company for a refund (who pushed back on several items). Hugo from Allstate went above and beyond out of his way to have my back and was able to provide additional detail on their repair quote so I can receive a full refund. The car was returned back in a timely manner, and it was in perfect clean and working condition. I will 100% use Allstate on any future work need on my cars!
