Excellent work and exceptional customer service! I needed my carbon fiber roof reconditioned due to excessive sun exposure. I'm very satisfied with the body work results. I was so impressed with the work that I had a scratch to the metal also repaired. The scratch is gone, and everything looks factory finished. I would definitely recommend Luxury Custom Garage and wouldn't hesitate to return when needed. The shop is very secure, fenced in, safe. There's also beautiful exotic and classic cars to admire. They also treat you like family, which is rare now at days.

I’ll be honest, I had my doubts at first, upon coming here I had received a quote for my vehicle that was hard to believe because of how good it was. I previously had been browsing around different body shops and receiving different quotes that were between 5-6k. But after experiencing the service at here, I’m glad I picked this body shop! My car had damage on the left rear fender which is tricky spot to repair, and I wasn’t sure what to expect especially since my vehicle has a very particular color in which worried me whether or not they would be able to match it. From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly welcoming and family oriented. They took the time to explain the process and address all my concerns. The repair work? Simply flawless! My car looks brand new, and I can’t believe how well they matched the paint. The attention to detail was remarkable, and the turnaround time was quicker than I expected. I don’t know where to begin with review because I’m just an awe of the experience! I called last regarding my broken light that I’ve been driving around with for the past 2 years. I wasn’t to sure who I spoke with but they were so polite and if you have the light we can fix it we can order and put it in. I folded them that I had already ordered the lights and waiting for it to come in. The light came in finally on Saturday.
Fast forward today I called and ask if I can come in and place the lights in my car. I spoke with Nelson who said come in and we will check it out. After work I ran over to the shop. As soon as I walked in to the parking lot I was greeted by Nelson, the owner. I showed the broken light on the car. He said park the car inside so we can get started on it. Sure enough he had Carlos technician who got started on it right away. Very nice gentleman.This was truly a divine appointment to come across this shop. Everyone there is super nice! Imagine I have an older Nissan Sentra 2017 car. They don’t look down on me or my car! They took care of my car like a luxury car! Mind you they work on luxury too of the line cars! He have you need any repairs on your car please do not be afraid to call them! I know where I’m sending my family moving forward! I live this place! THANKS SOOO MUCH NELSON! I’m the kind of person who cries when I hit a pothole and then I clipped a wall in my parking garage. I went to five different shops and got five different estimates. When I went to Nelson and his team, they were kind, willing to work with me and interested in finding the best solution. Other shops saw me as just their next paycheck, Luxury Custom Garage didn’t. If it weren’t for the reviews left for LCG, I wouldn’t had the blessing of meeting this team. So here is my review…

I hit my Audi into a column in my parking lot, and instantly fainted just thinking of how expensive it would be. I schedule an appt at Audi to get a quote but took a chance with google. After reviewing several option I came upon LCG and read so many wonderful things about Nelson’s service - so I called him right up and went to see him. My fear was quality and price. He was wonderful to meet - gave me an excellent price (far less than audi) and the quality was amazing. He used guarantee manufacture paint and there is no trace of damage. He actually also fixed a scratch in mirror!! Love every moment of the experience and HIGHLY recommend him and the team to anyone. Thank you very much team!!
