A cornucopia of sewing, knitting and general craft items. Well worth visiting and supporting small, independent and magic places. Lots of advice available from staff if wanted. Parking outside, or just up the road, or across the main road in Hemel shopping area.

I visited Needlecraft after finding out about the fabric shop on Instagram. When I got there, I thought I was in fabric heaven!! I specifically wanted to buy some Linen for a new shirt pattern I had. I chose the most gorgeous Linen Viscose and also some pretty lemon swiss dot fabric. The range of fabrics was fantastic. I will definitely be visiting again 😊

Had a very horrible experience. The lady was rude and clearly did not want to help me. I then requested some things to be cut and when I got home, she had cut them in completely different measurements. I took them back and politely explained she had cut them the wrong size to what I asked for and requested a refund. She told me no because they had been cut... They had been cut wrong. I asked for a certain size and she done it too short. The experience cost me over 30 pounds. Will not be going back again. Save yourself the hassle and go to dunelm.

I have used this shop infrequently and then only for small bits and bobs for small projects. However, I love the shop. It is full of cloth, yarn and accessories for whatever project upon which one is planning to embark.
The staff are all longstanding, knowledgeable and friendly.
I went in last about a month ago for some red velvet style cloth, for wrapping some flocked sponge in order to turn a small silver plated box into a permanent housing for a necklace for my much better half.
I was sold enough to convert about 10 boxes and it cost less than ten shillings (50p for the youngsters).
A visit here can be taken in after a shopping trip to the town centre as it is just across Leighton Buzzard Road from the Water Gardens.
I would highly recommend this shop for all of your cloth and yarn related purchases.
A rare five star experience.
