Say the systems are down if you try banking late in the day. Checked online and there was nothing wrong with their systems!

Simply put, they cash up early and then refuse to offer a banking service. Then they lie!

These guys give the post office a bad name.

I was posting important documents, plus had to do a postal order, and and the lady took the time to explain me how to do the postal transfer, checked the document with me to help me feel sure I was sending the right ones.
