Great service. One item from the order was unavailable but the refund arrived in my account without fuss and extremely swiftly. Fast delivery and a nice handwritten note on the invoice. I appreciate good old-fashioned customer service and will definitely use Loobi Crafts again.

I absolutely love shopping with local small independent businesses and Lynne & Lisa from Loobi Crafts reinforce the reason why time and time again, such love and care goes into every order. Since becoming disabled I’m forced to use online websites like Amazon etc a lot more than I’d like because I’m not able to get out and about normally, and sure I could have ordered these from Amazon and they would have arrived next day, however with having Loobi Crafts so close by I was able to order and have my brother pick up my order after a quick call to the store all within 30 minutes!! They are so friendly and helpful, their store is stocked with such a vast range of craft products which are very well priced (a lot cheaper than Amazon!!) - my brother tells me inside the shop is amazing, according to him “you would not want to leave that shop Amy”, I’ve not had the chance to go in myself yet but it’s on my to-do list 👌🏻 - you really can’t beat the service and care that comes with shopping local. I’d 100% recommend those with a love for crafts to check out Loobi Crafts, you won’t be disappointed. Plus who doesn’t love a lovely message and a cheeky bar of choc to brighten your day. What a find ! An Aladdin’s cave of all things crafty. A proper shop where you can feel the quality of the card before you buy. Excellent service with a friendly smile ! Would definitely recommend and is now my go to place for craft supplies.

Found this little gem of a shop whilst looking online for a certain product. Absolutely overwhelmed with the amount of products they stock, especially as a small independent business. 100% recommended & will be using these guys for my craft needs going forward instead of my local big craft store. Friendly & welcoming staff.. reasonably priced products… wide variety of products..

Only problem is if you’re not local & following google maps, you will struggle to find it as it directs you to a small, private residential area just off the main road. Parking is located off Duncombe Drive.. it is then sign posted for the shop.
