Went here to look for a sewing machine to start learning and felt a bit lost even with all the research I'd done. Luckily, we managed to speak to a member of staff, Ruth, who shared so many tips and loads of knowledge of the subject. She explained everything absolutely wonderfully and even gave basic tips on how to start using the machine and what you can create with it! She was truly lovely and extraordinarily passionate about her craft. I will be back asap ! Anyone who wants to know about sewing machines and sewing in general would be blessed to have a conversation with Ruth 🙂

I was in here the other day to buy some craft supplies. The price at the till was much higher than the price on the shelves. The lady on the till laughed in my face and treated me as a liar when I asked for this to be corrected. She continued to laugh as her colleague told her I was correct. I won’t be shopping here anymore, not when the only good reason to spend 3x as much as similar products on Amazon is for the “customer service”

Ordered online for delivery, DPD did a great job of smashing everything, but the store staff have been a dream to deal with to get the issues resolved
