It was a Sunday evening and needed a couple of items. The usual stores were closed. Checked online for opening hours and luckily co op were open till ten. Took a steady drive to the store. On arrival we noticed how tiny the car park was. Not many spaces were available. There are other shops using the same car park which isn't helpful. The store is fully wheelchair accessible and there are charging pods and disabled parking on the car park. The shop has a wide variety of stock. Easily found what I needed. Will definitely go back but not at a busy time.

I've been working away from home in Rugeley for a week. Every day I've been into this co op and had a coffee and a hot pastry. All over both the machines are co op signs saying 50p off the coffee and half price hot food. I've presented my blue coop card each time and had it scanned. Today, after 5 days of working here the cashier told me that I'm not eligible for the discounts because apparently this is a yellow coop not a blue one , wtflip does that mean ?!?! No signs on either machine saying that the blue card doesn't get any of the discounts, talk about misleading advertising. To get these offers apparently I need to sign up to the yellow card on their website. This is not advertised anywhere on the promotional items. There is a black cardboard sign at the front of the shop advertising this yellow coop card but absolutely nothing saying that the blue one doesn't get the discounts. Be warned fellow purchasers, the advertising is not at all accurate!!!!!
Needless to say when I am next working here, I'll be going elsewhere !!!

Absolutely fantastic!!! Couldn't be more helpful, friendly and yet professional. All members of staff are very very approachable, and nothing is too much trouble for them to help. . They are a fantastic team. Well done everyone. I'm very very proud to say I know you all.xxSince s change of staff and management, it has gone REALLY DOWNHILL!!!! THERE ARE NOW ONLY FOUR MEMBERS OF THE TEAM WHO ARE WILLING TO HELP. THE OTHERS ARE RACIST AGAINST DISABILITY, AND ALTHOUGH THEY LET DRUG USERS INTO THEIR ESTABLISHMENT, THEY THEN TAKE AIR FRESHNERS OFF THE SHELVES, SPRAY IT AROUND AND REPLACE IT BACK ON THE SHELF!!!!!! IT NOW HAS S ONE STAR FROM ME. - AVOID IT!!!! PS IT HAS ALSO BECOME POSSIBLY THE MOST EXPENSIVE SHOP IN RUGELEY

Popped in here today all customers wearing masks ..what about the staff ? The lady who served me never had 1 on 🙄 i dont think i will be using our local coop again
