Really pleased with both the cast iron radiator and the excellent customer service from UKAA. We had the Carron Victorian cast iron radiator in satin black with pewter accessories. Only tip I would give is not to mix the make of accessories, we had to have an Arroll radiator bleed nipple as they did not have one in pewter in the Carron range and there is a difference in colour. The thistle design wall stay gives it a nice added touch. The black looks elegant and compliments our woodburner. UKAA were great and responded quickly to emails, they even stored our radiator until we were ready for delivery whilst we finished the renovations to our dining room. Will definitely buy our next cast iron radiator from them!

A really lovely and friendly company to deal with. They have a beautiful selection of antiques - We were looking for some cast iron fireplace tile panels which we found at a great price. The customer service is excellent as our order hit a few delays with the manufacturer but we were kept up to date all the way through. Many thanks!

These guys are really responsive and helpful. We needed a tall cast iron staircase and they found us one. They were really professional and delivered on all of their promises. We’re hoping to buy some vintage radiators next and will definitely be looking at their stock. We live on the Isle of Man and found it easy to arrange delivery etc. Ticked every box for us 🤗
