Worst customer service services and cashiers ( white hair women)
my mother is 40 years she pick redbull and cane of beer the cashiers embarrassed my 40 years old mother by saying she is under age cannot buy beer and energy drink.

Just popped into the shop to buy some treats for a movie night for me and my daughter. I tried to buy chocolate and popcorn for my daughter and a vodka and lemonade for myself. Upon service the lady asked for my daughters ID as she said I could have been buying it for her, my daughter is only 16 and does not have ID. It was extremely humiliating at the assumption I was buying alcohol for my underage daughter.The service was unprofessional and out of order it could have been handled differently. Luckily we were the only 2 in the shop at the time so no one else had to hear this appalling assumption otherwise I would have felt more humiliated and embarrassed than I do now. Disgusting service, the cashier rolled her eyes and clearly didn't want to be there.

Lied to and refused service by staff for completely incorrect reason, elderly colleague unable to read dates. I understand a shops right to refuse service, but would rather not get lied to and treated like garbage when attempted to spend money in a shop.

It was horrible me and my mates pulled up as we normally do to go to school and this lady comes out and says you shouldn’t be parking here and then starts making fun of my friend saying why do you look like that and we all walk of cuz it’s not ok and then she starts laughing would not recommend going there horrible place

Horrible customer service!! Rolling eyes,leaning on the serving top. Went in today at 12 pm to get my lunch . if this girl that served me doesn't like to work there,she should leave,simple as that. Disgusted ,never back.

Like most coops it seems, the staff are unbelievably miserable, and they’re always understaffed. Maybe that’s why. It always feels better to spend money in places that appreciate the custom.
