Terrible service or should I say no service.
I sent over some prints to be printed on A3 a week before they were needed on WeTransfer with a note of what I wanted for an Art retreat the following Friday. 3 days later no contact and the WeTransfer hadn't even been looked at. Called the number which rang for ages and then was answered by main Jarrolds who put me back through. The lady who answered really didn't seem to know what was going on and said she found my request and then asked what it was for which was clearly stated in the request. I asked to be called or emailed when ready for pick up. The Friday deadline came with still no contact and went into the shop only to find no-one even there at the print shop with no-one really knowing if and when anyone would be there.

A large art and stationary shop which is in a separate building to Jarrolds' main multi-floor department store. The prices on items are pretty high here and there isn't a very good product selection compared to WHSmith for general stationary. I would say this shop is more specialised in art & drawing.

Great service from Mark, took in a very old manual and asked for them to be copied and bound. It took half an hour and he even bound up the original for free because he noticed it was a little broken! Would definitely go again

First time in Norwich- had just visited the big shop which was just a lovely experience. I had a tired, hungry one year old while my dinosaur mad four year old marvelled at your dinosaur selection. The cafe staff couldn't have been MORE helpful and even carried my tray over.

Then I wandered past the art shop. They gave me fantastic advice which was very much appreciated.

The staff here know what they are about.

A diverse range of art supplies and friendly knowledgeable staff. I liked the fact that the staff took interest in the particular project I am undertaking. Having bought some supplies I said I also needed some very small brass latches and fastening eyes. Not having them in store the staff member immediately pointed me in the direction of the very excellent Thorns DIY shop opposite saying that "if they don't have them, nobody will" and he was correct. I value this sort of helpful local knowledge.

Brilliant service . Have been here for a couple of things . Today I needed a document scanned even though the scanner was being repaired the helpful young man was able to do it ftom the photo copier . Then I needed it to be the other way round not sideways was able to amend it and redo it for me thank you so much for your help . Would recommend this place if u need scanning or printing

Shop is still open with customers inside. Guy at the desk on his phone says they are closed and can't print me 8 black and white pages. He really could have saved my day but clearly couldn't be bothered.
