Hobbycraft is my favorite chain of craft stores. It has many branches, and the Milton Keynes branch in particular has a comfortable and well-lit environment.

More or less everything we needed, was absolutely rammed with people but it was a few days before Christmas. I spoke to 2 members of staff who were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable

Young girl there was quite detached from her real duties.
The usual answer:
"If it's not there we haven't got it!"
They actually had this particular item in 5 different locations, but she couldn't be bothered to show you.

I was like a kid in a toy store. I recently decided to try crocheting and hand/arm knitting and they had everything I needed. Even on sale! The staff are so friendly. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back!
