Lack of choice, sell same branded things other supermarkets sell, but don't bother to stock much Sainsbury's branded stuff in comparison. So much of their own brand I can't purchase here, so I don't bother going anymore. Vegetables always seem to be wilted or manky.

Ordered some Tu clothing over a week ago. Website said it would be into the store, available for pickup on Saturday after 4pm.
I arrived Sunday at 3.45pm but still not available. Later that evening I receive a message that 3 items weren't available so were refunded.
No update on a due date either.

Update from a different visit today. Pleasant in the store but shelves quite low on stock. Midday on Monday I didn't think would be too bad, but it was a nuisance.

Hit and miss with this one, good selection of clothes and some home items but some of the produce and food isn't really great, not thrilled with the quality of the fruit and veg a lot, but the croissants are always good and fresh, just not sure why it costs less to buy a 2 pack of croissants in a plastic container than buying 2 loose ones.
Having an Argos is a big plus, so it gets an extra star
