Have had several deliveries where most of the produce was old: for example, bendy Carrots, wrinkled tomatoes. This last delivery was the final straw - soft mouldy onions. Cancelled my account. Shame, people there and customer service tremendous.

We have been customers for ages and whilst everything was splendid at the beginning now things and especially quality of fruit has slipped tremendously. I really, really hope that we have just been unlucky the past two weeks but when you are looking forward to feeding your toddler some fresh raspberries and then they arrive mouldy it’s more than just a disappointment it means a very upset toddler :-(( Also the delivery times have changed without warning and the boxes are out in a spot which can be seen from the Lane instead hiding them just behind the pilar. Not sure what happened to Abel & Cole but we are pausing for now because their prices are high but their quality is sadly not anymore.

1.My order has been dispatched to my neighbour address No2. Instead of my address.
2. I order fruits and vegetsblrs all of them organic, what I recived was a box full of fruits and vegetables without a lable of them, to attest that they are organic and the country of provenience. I got in touch with the customer service via phone in the morning of 20.06.and I been told that this is the company procedure delivery of the product and that I have attached on the box a lable with the order.
Now, the lable was printed by Able and Cole, and not by producer of the fruit and vegetable as it shall be on theConsumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 , on the lables is not showing the country of provenience of the fruit and vegetable as shoul be base on the same acts and amendment.
All your fruits and vegetables shall be delivery with the initial label or labels to attest the country of provenience and the fact that they are organic/ bio.

This was my first time ordering from Abel and Cole but it won’t be my last. Ordering process online was easy, my food arrived cold and well packaged, the email communication was excellent and everything that arrived was in perfect condition.

They had a sale on Kombucha and Kefir water which was great, and the organic smoked salmon, Glenarm, was out of this world. I love that their products are organic.

They insulate with wool which is eco friendly and they will recycle it for reuse if you leave it out the evening before your next delivery.

Highly recommend.

I ordered organic beef sausages a few days before the chosen delivery date. A day before the delivery date, I received an email from customer service advising that the sausages were out of stock and that they would send me smoked frankfurters instead (made with seeds). I promptly responded to their email requesting the company not to deliver an alternative product chosen by them due to seed allergy.
I did not receive a response to my email and the next day afternoon I received the delivery with the smoked frankfurters.
Later I contacted the company again requesting a refund since I did not want the frankfurters they chose to send instead of what I have ordered. Of course, I have not received any response, neither a refund.
It is a shame how morals decline. I would never order from this company again.

I look forward to my boxes every week, and the vegetables are always fresh. Especially love my new delivery guy, Clive, who tucks my boxes inside my porch super neatly and has clearly taken great care in making sure the produce arrives in immaculate condition!
