We decided to visit Cheshire oaks, had a poor experience at Patisserie Valerie but ended up in the Radley store, wow what a difference, we were served by Jenny, she was pleasant and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble, walking away with a handbag and a purse for my wife. Thank you Radley, pleasure spending time in your store.

GREAT SHOP, GOOD DEALS, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
A lot of other handbag shops at Cheshire Oaks just ignored me and gave me the 'you can't afford our merchandise' look of contempt as soon as I walked in. I'm happy to report they don't treat you this way at Radley.

This shop has undergone an expansion, but I think the team there are the same. They're really friendly people and they'll greet you at the door even if you've been in the shop three times already (like me!). They must get sick of saying the same phrase all day, but at least they make the effort unlike some of the other handbag shops based there.

Is it the cheapest place you'll buy a Radley handbag from? No.
If I'm being brutally honest, if you compare "apples to apples" with other brands, Radley is usually a touch over-priced for what it is.

But you know what? I would rather buy from a place where it costs a little more, but comes with excellent customer service - and I think Radley fits this bill.

The prices are good and the quality of the bags is excellent. I ended up buying the blue one in the picture. RRP £280, I paid £99, which I thought was a great deal.

The staff even made sure that I didn't walk away with a scuffed shop-display handbag - they got two from out of the back (brand new), opened them from their sealed containers and meticulously examined it for any defects before letting me check that I was happy with my purchase before they took payment. This is next level service that you don't get anywhere else.

Overall, like most shops in Cheshire Oaks, it's luck of the draw and timing that'll determine whether the deals are good or not.

But given that the customer service here is on point - you honestly don't care if you pay a little more ... because they make you feel like an important customer.

I'd certainly pay for that!

The handbag shop that the wife loves but is a bit boring for me !! That being said, we managed to get a couple of Christmas presents from here at really good prices.
It was a bit slow getting served, considering it wasn't that busy, there seemed to be a strange system where once you had selected what you wanted, it was someone's job to go and get a fully packaged one from the back. Which then needed unpacking and checking.
Good value though.

Went to visit the beautiful brand new store after they expanded as I was so keen to see what they have in stock, a handful of the staff by the entrance were amazing, at the end of the day, still full of smiles and were very welcoming.

I bought an adorable thermal bottle, a bracelet, a necklace, and a set of cups.

The store seems quite well stocked with bags, and even had beautiful luggages, watches and other accessories.

What really ruined my trip was the managers. I’m not sure what happened to them but one had receipt all over the checkout desk and directed me to the next desk, which was fine, but later, the checkout staff couldn’t tell me what the jewelry was made of(silver or not) and when I asked the manager, her attitude was poor and said in a tone and facial expression that only the ones in the silver boxes were silver.

Mind you, their non-silver jewelry wasn’t even cheap after the discount (bracelet for £35 after the discount and necklace close to £30) but the attitude of the manager made it even less than worth visiting. If you’re after jewelry, you’re better off at clogau, where the service and product is of better quality.

It’ll probably be my last visit there as it was very unpleasant. If not for the staff by the door I would’ve given this place a one star for the poor attitude. I can’t say I could recommend this place despite loving the radley design.
