Item arrives not complete drivers are rude for an expensive item that I can't use and have to store for another week why they sort another and a pathetic offer of good will of a refunded delivery fee £12 good wheel for a 3 figure item being told to F off would have annoyed me less

Half hour going through irrelevant options before being able to speak to someone on the phone is just a joke and the person on the phone clearly just reading a script with no clue

Apparently I can't get click and collect on the item In question despite having suitable transport because health and safety

Pay for home delivery and it's just dumped in a communal hall for my disabled partner to deal with an item that takes 2 to carry 🤬🤬🤬 absolute joke

Always friendly and helpful staff, if you are waiting at the checkout they will either fund a smaller queue for you or usually open up another till and escort you to it so nobody else pushes in before you. I love shoppe g here and I don't really like shopping at all didn't that says a lot about the staff and general atmosphere

Be aware of ASSORTMENT items. Ordered a BING! toy for my little one and the nearest store had it 10 miles away. So I went over there after reserving it online only to find it's pot luck as to what item you get. This is due to the manafacture issuing multipul toys all under one order number. So I wasted my time due to the laziness of the manafacture. I'll order from Amazon in the future.

False advertising said i could pick up at 4pm same day to be told after that I can't pick up till a week later then refused to let me pick up from another store now I have to wait 7 days for refund so now I can't by my father a present because of there mistake absolutely fuming
