The lady who served me was rude, served customers behind me in line while ignoring the fact I ended ended up wasting 47 minuites of my day for nothing. She couldn't even raise the brightness of a photo by20% in word as she "couldnt figure out how to". Why they have someone working here that cannot complete something i could on he great big box computers at 6 years old i dont know. Shes ruined a birthday gift as I wont have time enough to find a place that prints in colour now.
