Again not impressed with the post office counter. Been in a few times to use the post office, the shop had a few people in it , only one person serving so I had to wait to be served at the post office counter, this has happened twice now and the person serving made it clear that I was an inconvineance to be wanting to send a parcel. Staff was abrupt. Today I went in about 3.30 ish wanting to post a small parcel . Not a chance, young lad in there on the phone to someone , he told me he wasn't trained on the post office and that he was the only one there. If your advertising the post office is open Monday to Sunday 6am to 10pm with the exception to the Wednesday then you should make sure that all parts of the shop is covered with staff that are fully trained.
Poor show especially the busiest time of year .

Fifth time in 3 weeks I've tried to post some parcels at 6.30 -7pm. Always a cardboard box on the counter saying counter closed. Should loose their post off status. 21.30 closing time should be taken off and replaced with "whenever we fancy"

Disappointing service from the Post Office Counter. The sign outside says the Post Office is open whenever the shop is open which is patently untrue. Some of the staff are not properly trained and don't know what to do with certain transactions. Today a new member of staff who was being trained was rude to my wife. No concept of customer service!

Excellent service and excellent staff! Disregard other reviews running down the post office side of the store as they’re totally untrue, post office service is a very convenient one and open all the same hours as the store so you can use 7 days a week! Would recommend this store to anyone 👍

Gonna be honest this place does have its misconceptions, its absolutely bloody brilliant especially with its suspiciously low prices and great deals on overload sweets and 'spice'. Filled with many lesbian kids though
