A lovely soft play area for the kids, with plenty of space and lots to keep them busy. We visited on a weekday, so it was nice and quiet - likely the perk of avoiding weekends! While we didn’t try the food, the staff were helpful, and I noticed someone regularly walking around keeping the place clean. It may look a little dated to some, but what matters most is the cleanliness and the variety of activities to keep the little ones entertained.

There’s a separate area for older kids and another for under-3s. However, for babies under 1, there isn’t much to hold their attention - some sensory items would be a nice addition. Having visited plenty of soft play areas, I’d say this is one of the better ones, especially for the price.

The steeper slide being closed on weekdays was a bit of a letdown, but apparently it’s a safety measure so a staff member can supervise at the top. Fair enough, though it would’ve been nice if it was open!

The best play centre I've ever been too. My little girl loved it andvery safe and super clean. The lady who works here even turned the toy guns off as my friend's little girl as she didn't like the sound. The food was really good as well.

Had my little sisters party here and we all enjoyed it. None of us wanted to leave. The staff and management was amazing and helped us from start to finish. The place was clean and organised despite it being busy and The new arcade area seemed to be popular with all the children and adults. Will 100% have another party here.

Used this for a private party for my boys birthday. Not sure who enjoyed it more, the adults tackling the insanely steep slide! Or the children enjoying access to all areas without any waiting. The addition of the bumper cars and go karts were just the cherry on top. Staff were incredibly helpful and a delight to liaise with, would highly recommend and definitely use again.

We've just had our son's 5th birthday here and my husband and I couldn't have asked for anything more. We privately hired the venue and the manager went above and beyond for my little boy, she was so friendly and approachable. Myself and other families found the venue clean and overall was well worth the money spent. I would recommend Funtazia to anyone. From booking the party to the end of the party I would just like to say especially from Alfie a massive thank you for all of your hard work and efforts.

Very nice soft play, plenty of staff and lots of choice for children. There are signs up saying only drinks food etc purchased can be consumed, in the past staff have enforced this and told people but on this occasion lots brought their own drinks & snacks and nothing was said. This is very unfair to customers who respect the rules and spend money purchasing snacks and drinks.
There was an issue with one of the children getting very distressed and the manager stepped in to help and handled the situation very professionally and compassionately, I was very impressed with this.

We previously came here few months ago and recently came here on Monday (12/08) and this place is amazing! The place is clean and very spacious. My boy absolutely loved it as much as I did myself, theres a lot of range of stuff to do! Definitely a top tier playcenter. A LOT of my friends have asked me about this place after seeing my instagram stories and I have definitely suggested them this place. We traveled from Bolton to here and we would definitely do it again! Thank you!
