Made to measure team are useless, at start over promised and when curtains arrived damaged and short they refused to replace them and sent me to customer service. Their fitter recommended me poles to buy and when bought them they refused to fit them even though I paid for fitting upfront. Paris an her manager Kayleigh were good at the start but when something goes wrong they refuse to take ownership and fix the issue and throw you to customers service. Very disappointing experience

The staff were extremely helpful, and the place was nice overall. The only problem was that no one could find lids for the containers we wanted to purchase. They ended up with 13 lidless containers.

Had an absolutely superb experience today shopping at this great store .. the general manager clearly sets a great example in customer service not only advice but taking my purchase to the counter and then to my car… awesome service indeed , I also had a young man with dyed blond hair help with a price enquiry… such a great shop thank you Dunelm … I’ll be back soon .

Working in retail I'd normally give the benefit of doubt, but staff were absolutely useless when I wanted some PVC tablecloth. Why advertise made to measure when 0 staff trained are available to serve customers. Manager was useless and looked at me like an alien whilst on the phone. I was happy to wait, and did so for a good while, to no avail. I will definitely avoid coming here again.

Shop was a mess. So many things were out of stock (or possibly just not where they should be due to the mess), price labels were not accurate. I had can considering buying furniture from there but after seeing the quality in store I definitely won't be. I would caution anyone against making an expensive purchase online if they can't see the item in person first.

The store experience was good. Employee on the door to welcome customers and hand gel was available. Queues were short and it's a very large store - sells a lot. Remember, a lot of Dunelm's items aren't great quality but they are good value for money. Cafe closed early which was a disappointment.
