Very accessible ground floor for wheelchair users. Those with limited mobility have to rely on the lift to get upstairs (sewing & knitting, amongst other crafts) unless they can flag down a helpful member of staff.

Excellent store with really helpful staff. Let down by the parking which is a nightmare even if you try and go at quiet times, hard to find a place, let alone a parent and child bay or one on the end of a row with space to extract a child from a car seat. I would definitely visit more if it was out of town with better parking.

Great store with an amazing variety of craft-related products. My 6 year-old and I attended 2 workshops and we loved them! The staff were so kind and friendly. There is a generous amount of supplies for each workshop. Highly recommended!
