Fantastic tool cabinets and Dan not only let me unpack and check them, but helped me do so and then helped me load them into the car. Well just went there to return some unused items and a chap on the till without hesitation call me HE not sir not customer just HE like I will be his friend from school what a disrespectful way of treating customers. It looks like A they don't want be there at all an B no one cares about this person training even supervisor didn't told him off. So it looks like that's the standard. Shocking

Bought the part on line, and attended Saturday morning.

Arrived as instructed 15 mins beforehand, went into the shop to collect the part, and was told to park under the tent.

I parked u def the tent, the technician arrived and fitted the part, and I was driving away at 1023, when my appointment was for 1030. Extremely happy with the service.
