Guys.. this place is next level!! The new owner has definitely made improvements.. you pay for a session of trampolining which now also includes use of the games area & soft play after you finished your trampoline session.. for as long as you want! I highly recommend this place! It is now value for money! Staff & facilities are great! Very pleased with my visit 😊😊👌👌

I took my little ones to Adrenaline over Christmas, as they love soft play and burning off some energy. There’s plenty to do, and the food is reasonably priced. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly and engage well with the kids.

However, one major issue would stop me from returning—the behavior of what seemed to be a supervisor (a short dumpy woman with dark hair and glasses).

I’ve never witnessed such vile and condescending behavior in a family setting. Whatever the circumstances, her barrage of obscenities in front of customers and children was completely unacceptable. It was upsetting not only for the kids but also for the staff, as it appeared that the young woman at the tills was brought to tears. Other customers even stepped in to check if she was okay.

It’s baffling how someone with such an attitude could be promoted to a supervisory role. It’s clear the position has gone to her head, and her behavior is damaging to both staff morale and the customer experience.

Unless this issue is addressed and this individual is held accountable, you risk losing loyal customers and potentially your dedicated staff.

I would appreciate an update to ensure the young woman at the tills is doing okay and that the supervisor in question has been dealt with appropriately.

The changes made have made a huge difference, there’s so much for the kids to do now you can easily spend a few hours here.
The staff are amazing, always so friendly and helpful - they seem to be well trained and alert so you feel safe letting your kids run around freely without feeling the need to watch them constantly.
They now offer a range of different coffees (and have milk alternatives!) sell alcohol on the premises and have a great variety of food - all reasonably priced and usually served quickly.
Highly recommend.

Brilliant place but the most of lockers are broken which they said had been for a while but that's about it...the short safety video they asked us to watch wasn't really enforced by the staff to reiterate that full attention was necessary throughout the briefing video but all the kids are excited and parents are concentrating on them instead of the video as I did but having said that it's more common sense unless you've never been to a similar establishment so really it's on us to pay attention because the staff won't tell you do's and don'ts so if you haven't experienced a place like this then pay attention. Very busy when we was there but the young staff members were fantastic definitely will be returning soon

The golf isn't that you'd expect but saying that the kids loved it

It’s a lot more money for an hours trampolining even though you now have access to the soft play if you are over 12 you can not enter, not bothered about the video games as the idea of going out is to limit screen time and be more socially interactive with friends, would prefer an extra half hour on the trampolines at £14.50, nearly double than before. The coffee is better as it’s a bean to cup machine and before the staff had no idea on how to use the barista machine.
The toilets are horrible and need sorting out. However the staff are very pleasant but check in can take so long you can loose some of your hour so make sure you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before as it took 20 minutes to check in.

Kids had a great time here but I could not believe the new prices £14.50 for trampoline session, soft play & games included but Half of game consoles not working & others just hogged by a few. Had a tasty breakfast. Not value for money if only stopping hour .

I visited Adrenaline for the first time during the Christmas period with my 2 young children who had a fantastic time in the soft play area. All the staff were extremely friendly and polite, however the reason I only give a rating of 2 stars is due to a small rude lady ( when I say lady I’m being polite) with dark hair and glasses shouting and swearing at some of the staff members. I’m guessing she was some kind of senior figure but quite frankly her attitude was disgusting as her strong use of bad language could be heard by the children who were visibly in shock. I don’t think anyone deserves to be spoken to this way and especially not in front of children. Unfortunately due to this incident I won’t bring my children here again in the future.
