Great coffee beans from a local roastery. But unreliable. Don't drive here hoping they have beans. You have to phone and check.

Last week I drove for an hour, parked, walked 5min, all just to get some beans, only to find they only had decaf left on the shelves.

Unreliable. I don't want to make phone calls to see if beans are available before driving.

I'll just drive somewhere 10 minutes further away instead of taking 1/3 odds that nothing will be there.

Great modern coffee house, just what Abingdon needs.

Although small inside, The Missing bean offers a clean and welcoming environment with uber friendly staff.

The coffee is excellent and the sweet treats are fantastic - my daughter is a massive fan of donuts day (Thursdays I think!?).

Stamp loyalty scheme in effect and wheelchair accessible toilet available.

I just paid €6 for a ham and cheese sandwich which is a joke ( barely 2 slices of ham and sprinkles of shredded cheese) first the waiter brought the sandwich without a bag even though i asked for takeaway and then looked bothered that i asked for a bag
This is joke , never going back again!
Taking piss of peoples money but expect to support local businesses, how can someone support when they ask for £6 for a poor sad sandwich that i ended up throwing to the bin out of anger!!

Delicious coffee with attention to detail, nice atmosphere, and friendly staff. I was given a loyalty card, which after 8 visits you get a free coffee. It was a beautiful day outside and there weren’t any out door tables so I enjoyed my coffee at the abbey gardens. Definitely coming back again!

An excellent coffee house situated in the middle of Abingdon. Fantastic medium roast house bean. To a coffee that is well made. Didn't get to try the cakes while I was there but they look excellent. Love the open windows straight onto the street. Close to the river for a nice walk to accompany the good coffee.

I love this coffee shop. It may be small but the coffee and food are truly the best I've had in Abingdon. The staff are always lovely, they're welcoming and friendly. The coffee is made well (I've yet to try them all but the latte, chai and flat whites are great). And as well as drinks they have delicious sweet and savoury snacks. You literally can't go wrong with any of them. Their brownies and lemon cake are my favourite. Since the place is small you may not always be able to sit in but if you do it's a good atmosphere and if you don't they also offer takeaway. It's definitely the best coffee I've had in town. They also offer free WiFi if you also want to spend some time working there whilst you eat or drink. As well as that, they have lots of things in the store to buy. This includes coffee beans, merch and coffee accessories including takeaway cups. I definitely recommend Missing Bean Abingdon.

Really nice staff, very tasty coffee. I had a dirty chai - not on the menu but the customer before me ordered it and it was excellent! I also had a slice of the lemon cake which was tasty, a tiny bit stale but that's my own fault for turning up less than an hour before closing. They also gave me a free baguette as they were due to be binned and that was delicious!
