ordered 8 of their files from amazon. although great design, the quality was not and one was broke in the spine area. This was ordered as someone gave me a job of sorting newspapers. They offered to send me a replacement and the address I provided was of the person who gave me the job (not mine) but they never confirm if it was sent. i therefore rate 1 star as no one bothered to reply to my email.
