I had been searching for a custom-built PC for a while, and after being let down by another company, I came across this fantastic little shop—wish I had found it sooner!

After browsing their website and selecting my parts, I wanted to double-check everything, so I visited the shop and was greeted by Alister. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, helping me finalize my build with a few expert tweaks to improve what I had in mind.

Just one week later, my custom PC was ready for collection. I brought it home, set it up, and it exceeded all my expectations. I did encounter a minor issue with the Microsoft activation key, but one quick call to the shop resolved it effortlessly over the phone.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I can’t recommend this shop enough. If you’re looking for a custom PC, this is the place to go!

5* service from Ace.

My laptop, which i hadn't backed up for a couple of months, decided to melt down during an update and corrupted the motherboard.

After looking at it in detail, Alistair managed to save all my files, saving me months of work to get back to where I was.

Took my poorly laptop in and was very quickly given an assessment of what the problem was, how much it would cost to fix and how long it would take to fix.
Couple of days later it was fixed and like new.
Very nice people to deal with, no hard selling just sound, professional advice and very reasonable prices.

What a fantastic couple Alastair and his wife are. They fixed my sons computer when it was broken, kept us up-to-date on everything and how much everything would cost and then because we couldn’t get the transport to come and collect it once repaired they even delivered it to our house free of charge. I would definitely recommend Ace computers for anyone that needs a computer fixing or needs a new computer. Thanks again we will definitely be using you again.

Superb customer service, the guy we spoke to was very calm, measured and knowledgeable when we went in with a broken laptop. He managed to do a quick fix which enabled my wife to copy her work documents onto another device and allow her to keep doing her work.

We were so impressed with the service we bought a new laptop through them which was great value for money. They installed windows and office onto the new laptop and let me know it was ready ahead of schedule.

I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Thanks for the support! Ace Computer Systems fixed my dead computer and saved me a small fortune. I spent a full work day trying to troubleshoot the issues myself before calling Ace. I wish I had just called them from the start.

Carol was very friendly and professional. The low cost of finding out the issue was a no brainer, a cost which was then offset against any further work.

My computer game back in an even better state than it was before it broke.
