Buying the bags was very easy, but then we received a delivery with totally different bags than the ones we order - Both size and Colour was different.
We immediately rang their customer services and they promised to send the correct bags right away, but this new delivery never arrived and when talking to them they lied claiming they have a package tracking record while in fact they never sent it out.
Very disappointing to see people so easily lying on such small matters where a simple we're sorry here a small compensation would have sufficed

This is a company I would happily do business with again. And I don't say that very often. My last order had an issue, and meant I had to call the company. I expected to maybe have to persuade them to see the issue from 'my point-of-view'. But no, they dealt with it quickly and professionally and within a couple of days I received a no-cost replacement. Exactly what I needed as a small business in urgent need of the product. Just a shame that so many other comapnies I do business with don't share the same work ethic - life would be so much simpler! Mr Bags comes highly recommended.

The bags are lovely! The free next day delivery for orders over £50 is a great feature. They arrived right on time and are presented nicely - not creased at all. Bags are good quality. Customer service is great. I accidentally ordered the incorrect size and my query was responded to really quickly and they were very kind. Would highly recommend this company!

After placing an order for the wrong colour bags, I was able to contact 'Mr Bags' on WhatsApp straight away. I received a response on a Sunday evening not long after I sent the message. I returned the order, which had arrived the next working day and the bags that I had ment to order were sent to me immediately. Great service and response times.
