Only give 1 star cause it is not possible to give 0,shocking quality,i just wanted to return an item that has nothing in common with the picture.I usually didn't shop at Argos cause I know that quality is really poor,but that time was even below poor...Anyway the main problem was the
rude inadequate and useless staff,the girl that I was dealing with was unprofessional, unhelpful and obviously really annoyed to be there

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely disgusted to find my new vacumn cleaner had already been used and returned. On speaking to a so called 'Manager', who continually called me 'love' even when I asked him not to, he offered no apology or excuse just told me to return it. Only when I asked to speak to someone more senior did he offer a muttered sorry. I now need to make the 10 mile journey to return it. Never again!

Called into Argos, to return a Shark hoover I purchased in January, the girl who served me was marvellous not only did she give me a complete refund, but she helped me choose another one, could not have been nicer credit to Argos, such a lovely experience Other members too were friendly Thank you so much

The previously large Argos unit which was in the same retail park has been absorbed in to the sainsburys.

It is now small but seemingly just as efficient for the infrequent hit and run type shopping of cheapish items I buy. So far most things are in stock same day. Gave four stars to add balance - staff were friendly and not incompetent which is good enough in my book, what do people want 🙂
