Safari MK soft play and party venue - Milton Keynes

We visited the soft play on a Sunday at midday and pre-booked earlier that morning. The total cost was about £35 for 2 adults and 2 children. We stayed for roughly 2 hours, and the boys, aged 5 and 6, had an amazing time. They especially enjoyed the football area, where they spent a lot of time playing with other kids. We had tuna baguettes from the café, which were reasonably priced and tasty. Overall, it was a great few hours for the kids to burn off some energy. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Our daughter really enjoyed our visit. Very large soft play - lots of variety! Great additional themed play experiences. Cafe menu was comprehensive and well priced. A 45 wait for a cheese sandwich was a little too long though! Staff very friendly.

We love visiting Safari Play so we booked a laser tag party for my son's 6th birthday. It was fantastic from start to finish - easy to book online and instructions were clear. All questions I had were answered. On the day everything was taken care of and ran to time. Food was excellent, great variety and the kids enjoyed it. It was the best party we could have hoped for. Everyone was talking about it and saying that they wanted to do it again. Even the parents got involved and we all had such a good time. Thank you Safari Play!

I sat in the car while my son and his mum attended a kid’s party.

I couldn’t think of anything worse than entering a soft play venue. But my son and his mum had an incredible time. Both of them were very happy when they came out.

My son informed me the venue was clean and well maintained - he is a stickler for hygiene. His mum was very impressed by the refreshments that were available and apparently the staff were friendly and attentive.

Even though I sat in the car for over two hours, I still couldn’t quite get my head round the parking restrictions, if there even were any. There were a lot of signs and plenty of guidance. But I couldn’t figure it out. It’s a problem I have.

I may also have been asleep for one and a half of those two hours.

Fast slides, a field to play ball, a lot of climbing and obstacles for the little ones but extremely loud inside as some kids are fcuking screaming

Safari MK is a brilliantly Designed and equipped soft indoor Environment for kids up to teenager age to play and let off steam. The staff are very accommodating, the facilities are good, food options on offer are reasonably priced and very good quality from the in-house chefs, and my kids absolutely loved it and we will wholeheartedly come back again.

There are very good facilities for the parents as well including suitably sized tables and waiting areas which mean that if you wish to carry out some work whilst your kids are playing you are more than equipped to do so. Unfortunately, I didn’t try out the Wi-Fi as I use my mobile hotspot, but the only blocker for the parents would be a lack of charging points for laptops or mobile phones. This being said it is obviously not the primary purpose of visiting one of these places so I do take that into account.

Attached are some pictures of the food which was extremely good for the price and location. I’ve had worse in purpose-built restaurants!!

The facilities are great for the children to play with, unfortunately both times we visited the play area my boy had gotten sick first was chicken pox and the 2nd this awful flu that is going around. PLEASE NOTE: this is to be expected where there are many children around they get their hands on everything and I don’t think there is much that can be done to prevent it when visiting children’s centres.

Overall we have had so much fun on our visits to the ball pits, slides and dress up areas. We don’t go to soft play often but now with my boy walking he can enjoy it a little more.

There is an area for under 5’s only (with an adult, no older kids allowed in) which is where we spend most of our time and to be honest it is pretty spacious.

I would recommend booking the 1st slot of the day during the week as it is quieter and you can explore the other areas as the older kids are in school 🤭

I always bring my 2 year old here on rainy days or if we have nothing else in the diary. It is HUGE and not to mention well maintained ( so many other soft plays I have been too are absolutely filthy!) For him being a smaller little human -he plays in the area for the smaller kiddies and it’s perfect as I can easily follow him around without him getting lost or mummy getting too out of breath! The cafe and the food is pretty decent too. I really recommend the cheesy nachos! Very yummy. As far as soft plays goes this is definitely the best I have been to so far.
