Great selection of bags with speedy delivery, however I’ve had my bag for just over 12 months and the strap is severely fraying.

I got in contact and they told me it was just wear and tear and they wouldn’t offer a replacement. I would expect a bag of the type of quality they claim to sustain a good few years wear and tear. I only wear it to work and back, nothing too heavy duty.

For this reason I can no longer recommend the quality or customer service I’ve experienced, which is a shame as the bag was lovely.

I was bought a lovely troop canvas bag last year after having had my older one for years always loved the hardiness of my old one the new one was great until the inner pockets divided into two became one so now my bag is just one big mess inside can't find anything and of course this was after the 28 days so reverted back to my original old faithful which has finally given up the ghost. I think it was a design fault not sure I'd buy another Troop bag which is a shame as l do think they should just repair it for me free of charge including postage!

This is my first review, but definitely for a product that deserves some attention. Five years ago, I bought this Troop London canvas hold all bag, predominantly based on looks and price (as I was a student back in days). Five years later, I still use this bag on a weekly (if not daily) basis, and it has never failed me. The hold-all has some pretty extensive use, and still - after five years(!) - I get compliments on its looks. Ladies & gents, if you have the opportunity to buy one of these bags I would highly recommend to do so.

Bought a bag for my camera gear and loved it so much bought another for my handyman equipment. Can carry my drill, impact driver, bit set and a selection of tools easily in the multitude of pockets while keeping everything easily accessible. Wonderful 👍

I had previously purchased a Troop bag for travelling. Absolutely wonderful with all the different pockets. Always knew where everything was! I bought another one after the first one showed its age. Not disappointed. Excellent bag and service.
